This is a very rare breeding with only 4 registered progeny from WSI Michifuji and no registered progeny from WKS Yujirou in the American Wagyu Association. WKS Yujirou semen is not available in the United States.
Suzutani, Queen of the Breed, runs deep in this breeding. Suzutani’s bloodline is very consistent and combines great marbling, meat quality, size, and growth along with excellent reproductive traits and flushing. Well deserved of their reputation.
The Sire, WKS Yujirou, was bred by World Kʼs Group to a brother sister mating from the famous Suzutani cow family. He is sired by Sanjirou, renowned for his great meat quality and huge ribeyes and a product of a Michifuku x Suzutani mating. Yujirouʼs dam, Youko, is a Haruki II x Suzutani mating – a full sister to Shigeshigetani. Yujirou is a 3/4 brother to sister mating (sharing both Suzutani and Monjiro twice in the pedigree). The line breeding to produce this sire is an ideal combination of marbling x big ribeye with the stable and consist breeding ability of Suzutani. It is indicated that Yujirou will surpass his sire Sanjirou.
The Dam, WSI Michifuji, bred by Wagyu Sekai, is sired by Kenhanafuji who produces outstanding brood cows and superior females. Her dam is a full sister to two of the best Wagyu industry proven marbling sires, Sanjirou and Kanadagene 100. They are regarded as the premier sons of highly regarded Michifuku. Her dam is also 3/4 sister to Shigeshigetani. Suzutani’s bloodline is very consistent that combines great marbling, meat quality, size, and growth as well being an excellent flush cows. Well deserved of their reputation.
Sires and Dams of this breeding will be ready for embryo production and semen production starting in 2018. Contact us for embryos and semen availability from this breeding. Semen and embryos will be available for domestic and international markets.
This is a very rare breeding with only 7 registered progeny from WSI Suzufuji and only 2 registered progeny from WKS Eikichi in the American Wagyu Association. Eikichi semen is not available in the United States.
Eikichi (pictured) is sired by Yasufuku , perhaps one of the all time greatest wagyu sires, born in the Hyogo Prefecture. He was a product of a sample mating done to the yet unproven sire Yasutani Doi and a young dam sired by the popular sire Yasumi Doi. The third dam is sired by Tokufuji Doi (famous through his son NAOTOKU from Iwate Prefecture). The fourth dam is sired by Shigekanenami. His dam, Taguchi 9 was sired by Fukukane – a son of the great Tanifuku Doi and out of Kikuyasu 400ʼs family and bred by the same breeder, Ozakisan. His second dam, Hanamichi 7 is sired by Hanazakura who in turn is a son of Itohana from a Dai 7 Itozakura dam. A powerful pedigree with Yasufuku x Tanifuku Doi x Itohana – all great BMS sires with tremendous REA. Eikichi improves growth, size, ribeye area, width in shoulders, meat quality, meat color, fine meat texture, and marbling of the rump.

This is a very rare breeding with only 2 registered progeny from WSI Suzukane and no registered progeny from WKS Yasukane 5 in the American Wagyu Association. Yasukane 5 semen is not available in the United States.
Yasukane 5, bred by World K’s, was born on October 25, 2004. His sire, Yasufuku Jr., is reknown as one of the few direct sons of the great Yasufuku available outside of Japan. “Jr.” has been proven to have immense ribeyes, marbling and finesse of marbling. The testament to the breeding ability of this bull shows with the numerous sons being proven in World Kʼs program. The dam of Yasukane 5, World Kʼs Kaneito was a direct import from Japan in 1997 by World Kʼs Group. Kaneito’s sire, Yasuitoharu, is a Yasufuku son from a Dai 7 Itozakura dam. The second dam, Ozawa 7-55 is sired by Kitaguni 7-8. Kitaguni 7-8 is reknown as the best Dai 7 Itozakura son with a great balance of meat quality and growth (well known as the sire of Kitaguni Jr.). The third dam, Yasu 60-5, is sired by the great Yasufuku. The fourth dam is sired by another Itozakura son, Itoharunami. By looking at this pedigree one will see a Yasufuku x Itozakura x Yasufuku x Itozakura mating – two of the greatest sires of the breed. Meat quality produced from Yasukane 5 should be extremely highly marbled with big ribeyes. There will be very few progeny from this sire.

This is a very rare breeding with only 7 registered progeny from WSI Suzufuji and no fullblood registered progeny from WKS Kanadagene 101 in the American Wagyu Association.
This is powerful breeding, combining the qualities of Monjirou, Kenryu, Shigeshigenami, and Suzutani. Kanadagene 101 is one of the first fullblood sires born outside of Japan. He is sired by Haruki 2, renowned for his great meat quality attributes and growth traits. Kanadagene 101ʼs dam was one of the first fullblood Wagyu heifers to ever leave Japan. The selection for the first three heifers to accompany the first two sires “Michifuku” and “Haruki 2” to leave Japan were made to compliment each other, therefore no surprise that these animals were the best. His dam, “Rikitani”, is similarily bred to “Suzutani”, the most famous Wagyu Cow outside of Japan, is also sired by “Tanishige”. His second dam, “Shigekane” is sired by none other than “Shigeshigenami”, one of the all time greats of the breed. A meat quality specialist second to none. His third dam, “Nishino 179” was sired by “Yasumikane”. “Kanadagene 101” should breed similarly to “Shigeshigetani” – great meat qualities with great growth traits.
The Dam, WSI Suzufuji, is sired by Kenhanafuji who produces outstanding brood cows and superior females. Her dam is a full sister to two of the best Wagyu industry proven marbling sires, Sanjirou and Kanadagene 100. They are regarded as the premier sons of highly regarded Michifuku.
